I believe we all have unique strengths that can help us navigate life’s challenges. Seeking out support through counseling is one way to re-discover and cultivate those strengths. I am lucky enough to work with adolescents, adults, and their families to assist them through life’s ups and downs. I am LGBTQ+ allied and affirming and utilize a multicultural approach when working with clients. I welcome you to come as you are— I will meet you wherever you’re at.

And Rio.

As a certified therapy dog, Rio is a 7.5 year old border collie who gets to help people feel better (He also get lots of belly rubs from them. It’s a mutually beneficial relationship). When he’s not hanging out with clients at the office, he enjoys barking at squirrels and playing fetch. You can keep up with all of Rio’s adventures by following his Instagram account.
